The Estates at Shannon Ridge is a restricted subdivision. The subdivision
restrictions are very reasonable and are designed to keep our beautiful,
peaceful, pastoral community a great place to live and protect our property
values. Shannon Ridge HOA strictly enforces these restrictions, so please read
them very carefully. We welcome questions; just email our president, Ken Costa,

Our Community
The Estates at Shannon Ridge is a unique upscale restricted subdivision in
northern Wilson County 25 miles southeast of San Antonio and 5 miles north of
Floresville, close enough to easily access the amenities of urban life yet enjoy
a tranquil, pastoral setting with a flavor both rural and suburban. Most of our
properties are 2 to 5 acres in size and heavily wooded. Deer, wild turkeys,
coyotes, gray foxes, and other wildlife abound. At night we can see the stars
and listen to the distant howl of coyotes and the hoot of nearby owls. A wide
range of fruits, vegetables, and ornamentals thrive in our subtropical climate
and rich sandy loam, making gardening and landscaping a pleasure.
Mission of The Estates at Shannon Ridge Homeowners Association Inc. (SRHOA)
The primary mission of SRHOA is to enforce our restrictions. We
also encourage residents to participate in community anti-crime activities,
beautification projects, and social functions.
About Our Website
This website is an endeavor of SRHOA. We maintain this website for the
purpose of providing useful information for and about our beautiful
community. Why? - Because we LOVE it here!
This website was conceived, created, authored
and designed by our Webmaster, Randy
Davis. The primary purpose is to communicate items of interest regarding the Estates
at Shannon Ridge, and the Shannon Ridge Homeowners Association (SRHOA),
to our members, residents, and property owners, while helping mitigate ever
increasing postal rates. We also try to provide positive insight regarding life
in our beautiful neighborhood to the general public, especially those who may be
considering becoming residents.

If you are already a member, please keep your annual membership current. While
membership in SRHOA is voluntary, compliance with the restrictions is
mandatory for all owners and residents and enforceable by any lot owner and
by SRHOA.
Dues.
Initial annual dues shall be $50.00, payable to “Shannon
Ridge HOA.”
A membership drive for the purpose of membership renewal and current membership
expansion shall be conducted during October and November of each year with all
annual dues payable by December 31st of each year. Dues received from new
members after October 1st shall apply to the following year, and the member
shall be qualified to vote in the current membership year after dues are
received.
