Shannon Ridge Homeowners Association (SRHOA) offers this classified section as a free service to all Shannon Ridge lot owners and residents to advertise personal items, and to our business sponsors to advertise their products and services.

Business owners can become sponsors by donating $50 or more per year or, if they own a lot in Shannon Ridge, by becoming a member of SRHOA. If you would like to become a business sponsor or join SRHOA, email us at shannonridgehoa@yahoo.com.

HOW TO LIST ITEMS:
To list items, send all pertinent information to
Randy Davis SRHOA Webmaster.
Your ad must include contact information: Name, email address or a telephone
number. Personal items will be listed no longer than 90 days and will be
automatically removed after that period. Items may be re-listed if requested by
the seller. Photos of the advertised items may be included in .Jpg or .Gif
format. All photos must be of the specific item being sold or must state
explicitly if it is not of the actual item. Note: Our Webmaster reserves
the right to edit your ad for: Spelling, grammar, syntax, brevity,
clarification, etc.
RULES FOR USE OF CLASSIFIED ADS:
Regarding business ads, please understand that Shannon Ridge is a
restricted residential subdivision, not a commercial zone. Only very limited
business activities customarily conducted in a residential neighborhood are
allowed. Examples include telecommuting, Avon, and Mary Kay.
Use of these classifieds is at your own risk. Responsibility for the information
contained in listings lies with each user that posts an advertisement. You alone
are responsible for the material you post and for content accuracy. Remember
that any information you disclose in a classified ad becomes public information
and can be used by people you do not know. Accordingly, you should exercise
caution when deciding to disclose any personal or other information to people
you do not know. Any such disclosures are at your own risk. Anyone who feels
that a posted advertisement is objectionable or questionable is encouraged to
notify our Webmaster immediately.
By posting or responding to classified ads (to buy, to sell, to hire out a
service or to trade) in SRHOA classifieds on this website, you agree to and
accept the following terms:
Each user is solely responsible and liable for the content of their own
classified advertisement. We are not responsible in any way for any
transactions, financial losses, monetary arrangements or dealings between
parties.
You must be above the age of eighteen and able to into legally binding contracts
as defined by applicable local, state, national or international laws.
All risks that may arise from the use of our classified ads are borne solely by
you.
All sales are between the buyer and seller. SRHOA is not a party to, and is not involved in transactions that may arise
from the use of this classified ads service.
You agree to use the email addresses and any other contact information of those
responding to your listing only for purposes of communicating with them about
the potential sale of that specific item or service they may be selling.
You will not collect, record, or otherwise use any other users’ email addresses
or other personal information for any purpose other than those pertaining to use
of these classified ads.
You will not use these classified ads for any immoral or illegal activity, which includes but
is not limited to, the buying or selling of stolen, altered or otherwise illegal
equipment, substances or services.
You are responsible for any taxes or fees that may be incurred by your
participation in our classified ads or the buying and selling of goods or
services arising from your participation in our classified ads.
You understand and agree SRHOA is not responsible for the content, accuracy,
usability, or truthfulness of the information posted in the classified ad, and
in no way has any control or method to check the reliability of an ad or verify
the authenticity of any item or service offered in the classified ads, and that
SRHOA has no responsibility or obligation to become involved in disputes between
users of the classified ads placed on this website.
Users found to be dealing in bad faith will be banned from using the SRHOA classifieds.
SRHOA reserves the right to prohibit any user from participation in the classified ads for failure to obey these rules or for any other reason.
Personal ads will remain active for 90 days after which
time they will be deactivated and/or removed from the site.

advertisements placed here and implies no warranties regarding the listed items
or services.
Transactions are solely between buyer and seller. No responsibility or liability
for the condition of the items or services being offered is assumed by
SRHOA. Individuals
buying or selling items and services listed here assume all responsibility for the condition
or usability of the items. SRHOA is not responsible for the misuse by any party,
of the personal information (name, telephone number, address, e-mail address
etc.) included in your listing. While the information provided is believed to be
