Participants, please elaborate on SPECIFIC IDEAS on each issue. Please outline exactly WHAT objectives you support on the issue, and HOW you envision they should be effected. For example: Not simply "Promote neighborhood cohesiveness". Outline what changes should be made and how they should be accomplished (and financed if necessary).
Please feel free to
include actions which could require amendment of SRHOA Articles
of Incorporation or By- laws and
acknowledge the necessity of amendment.
Please do NOT include
any changes or amendments of SRHOA Subdivision
Deed Restrictions, as
these cannot currently be amended under Article
X Section 1. of the SRHOA By-Laws.
Our Deed Restrictions can only be changed by: PROCEDURES TO CHANGE THE SUBDIVISION RESTRICTIONS.
In order to establish your legitimate right (residency) to partake in this exercise as Member, Resident, or Property Owner, you must include your name, address in Shannon Ridge Subdivision, and contact information, when contacting our webmaster, in order to utilize this webpage. Your identity and personal information will NOT be disclosed, nor your identity revealed when your comments and / or questions are published. Naturally, if you ARE a Candidate your identity will be revealed. This website does not use "cookies" or any other form of information collection, retention, sharing, or tracking of any visitor to this site.
In order to assure equal opportunity for Challengers as well as Incumbent Board Members these policies will be adopted and published on this website well in advance of the elections. and ALL views and comments will be linked from this page.
As the Date of the Elections draws near, this page will publish the slate of persons nominated by the Board of Directors, who shall stand for election as officers of the Association, as required by our Article IX, Section 1. of our By-laws. Also published will be a slate of SRHOA Members who have indicated willingness to serve if elected.

Good Morning, As a property owner in Shannon Ridge since 2017, my family has
chosen not to join the HOA because of the impression given to my family by Ken
and his spouse when they first greeted us. If Ken was to resign, I would
absolutely consider joining the HOA and perhaps even volunteer to be more
directly involved. However, as it stands now, I cannot and will not give my
support.
